OVERVIEW The NGAUS General Conference is the Association’s annual business meeting. Army and Air National Guard officers from all 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia gather to network, set their legislative agenda and hear from America’s civilian and military leaders. Family members, industry representatives and local officials also attend.

a) Member Registration – Complete entire section; if you don’t know NGAUS ID, don’t worry about it. NGAND (our state association) pays any registration fees for its members; for spouses/guests, the cost to the member will be FREE for CGOs and $50 for the spouses/guests of FGOs this year.
b) Additional Guest Registration – Complete as necessary
c) Transportation – Complete if available, this is just for me to know when our people arrive
a. If you fly with Delta Airlines, there is a reduced ticket price; use Discount Code: NM3JH
b. Please let me know if you have issues with the Delta code, the discount will be 2%-10% based on seat choice
d) Conference Events – This section is important; activities that cost extra are annotated – please be as accurate as possible for you and guest(s)
a. The CGO/WO/FGO Mixer, Governor’s Reception, and States Dinner are the big events that the entire group typically attends
b. Some additional events (e.g., golf or 5K) have limited capacity, so please register sooner to have a better chance of getting a spot
e) Hotel Accommodations – We have a block of 20 rooms in the Marriot Renaissance Center; estimated room cost is $173.65/night including taxes & fees
a. Block rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis with no guarantees of receiving the above-stated conference rate for rooms over our allocated block. I can request additional rooms if we exceed our allotment.
f) Method of Payment – Change from last year: You must complete this section in order for me to reserve your room in the block.
