Roughrider Conference
Combined Conference February 19-20, 2026
Keynote Address by Sam Mackey, CEO of Outsider
Friday February 20th
Sam Mackey recently retired from the US Navy after 20 years of service in the SEAL Teams. His passion for the outdoors started when he was a young kid, running around the woods in Illinois with his red rider chasing small game and building forts.
During his tenure in the SEAL Teams, Sam used hunting and time outside to relax and escape from the stress and fast pace of life. Watching the woods come to life at sunrise or sunset is the purest form of therapy for the soul.
All of Sam’s major life decisions over the last decade were made while spending time outdoors with mentors and friends. Sam wants everyone to experience how the great outdoors has enhanced his life.
